Home Every Night: No over-the-road driving
Will need to be available on Saturdays, occasional Sundays and night work.

About the Job:
  • Allstate Sweeping is looking for a reliable, safety-focused CDL B Driver to join our team. This position involves operating sweeping trucks throughout the Denver metro area.
  • Previous experience is not required. Previous commercial driving, sweeping, heavy equipment, or related experience is recommended and preferred.
  • On-the-job training is provided to qualified candidates. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate sweeping trucks equipped with air brakes.
  • Follow all company and job-site safety procedures.
  • Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Identify and communicate equipment or job-site issues to coworkers and management.
  • Keep company equipment clean, safe, and ready for work.
  • Work efficiently and professionally on assigned projects.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality.

Compensation & Opportunities:
  • $25–$33 per hour, depending on experience and job assignment.
  • Additional incentives may be available depending on the specific project.
  • Both certified and non-certified projects are available, with separate pay rates.
  • Many projects offer Davis-Bacon wages.

Project Requirements
Some projects may require employees to obtain:
  • DEN badging.
  • Additional ROCIP Drug Testing
  • Federal credentials.
  • State credentials.
  • NDA signatures & acknowledgements
  • Requirements and pay rates may vary depending on the assigned project.

Requirements:
  • Valid CDL Class B license.
  • Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on project needs.
  • Ability to safely operate and care for company equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of the Denver metro area and surrounding communities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with coworkers and management.
  • Dependable and safety-conscious work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in company-provided training.

Experience & Training:
  • Experience is NOT required to apply.
  • Relevant experience is recommended and preferred, including:
  • Commercial driving.
  • Street or parking lot sweeping.
  • Heavy equipment operation.
  • Construction or related industries.
